The AEMI Group, a specialist in precision machining of light alloys, joined the Ventana group on January 28, 2020.
Ventana thus ideally completes its offer of global solutions (V-Solutions), by bringing together within its Mechanical pole the expertise, know-how and respective skills of Ventana Narcastet, Ventana Taverny and the AEMI Group, based in Mérignac ( 33), Arcos de Valvedez (Portugal), Casablanca (Morocco) and Sousse (Tunisia).
The mechanical pole in its new scope brings together more than 450 employees in 4 countries and generates € 32m in turnover. He reports to Frédéric Louart, current CEO of AEMI Group, who also takes on the role of CEO at Ventana.
Through this strategic acquisition, the Ventana group is continuing its external growth and increasing its geographic footprint with locations in France, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, Morocco and Tunisia, thus opening up the possibility of international solutions.
The integration of these five new entities into its Mechanical division expands the Client portfolio which now includes the main players in their market. New business prospects should open up and allow the entire Ventana Customer panel to benefit from very attractive global solutions (V-Solutions).
Ventana mainly supplies the aeronautics, space, defense and energy industries in Europe and North America.
