WITHIN OUR ACTIVITY

The Meca Division co-designs, industrializes and manufactures mechanical subassemblies using a wide variety of specialties: machining from bloc, casting machining, machining of welded assemblies, forge machining and additive manufacturing machining.

In addition, the Meca Division’s capability also includes material supply, heat treatment, surface treatment, gear cutting and even plane and cylindrical grinding.

Founded in 1978 and integrated into the Ventana group in 2005, the VENTANA MECA NARCASTET subsidiary is an expert in the machining of high precision for medium and large series.
VMN propose to his customers solutions in the fields of hard metal machining, forge machining, foundry machining, repair (MRO), load shedding, AOG, adjustment, cylindrical / plane grinding, balancing, assembly and three-dimensional control.
The VMN workshop has the most recent, precise and efficient machines : Palletized machines for 3/4/5 axis milling, micron's precision, horizontal turning machining and vertical turning machining with milling axis
