Ventana completes its offer of global solutions with a new Fabrication / Sheet Metal division combining the experience, know-how and skills from the Ventana Argenteuil and the newly integrated Alsenam plants, based in Mérignac (33), Narcastet (64) and Sousse (Tunisia).
This new division of more than 200 employees generates more than € 22 million of sales and thus becomes a major French player in sheet metal work and fabrication for the aeronautics, space and defense markets.
The Ventana group designs and implements efficient manufacturing processes (V-Solutions), increasingly respectful of people and the environment, for metal components and assemblies with high added value.

Ventana Arudy has been transformed for 10 years through the modernization of its foundry. Successful innovations, including 3D printing in the production of molds for metal parts and the deployment of digital radio capable of controlling large parts. Ventana has invested 11 million euros on its Arudy site in order to embark on the digital shift.

Ventana took part in the 52nd edition of the International Paris Air Show, seen as the largest aerospace industry event in the world.
The company exclusively presented its augmented reality-based method which aims to identify features and defects in parts during the production phase, so as to ensure yet more efficient production.
This year’s Paris Air Show provided an opportunity to showcase new products and features available from each of the subsidiaries. Ventana is highly focussed on R&T, with over 20 million euros invested since 2003. The company was thus able to present its innovations in means, products and industrial processes for each of its 7 sites.
