Ventana wants to keep his workforce.

The aeronautics sector is suffering dramatically from the paralysis of the world economy caused by the health crisis linked to Covid-19, this is why local companies in the sector have been forced to adapt: practice telework, review their organizations, cover up partially unemployed.

“Ventana’s goal is clear in this moment of uncertainty: to keep our people, to keep our skills. This will only be possible with a lively and constructive dialogue with Ventana stakeholders. ”
